In this prayer we are confronted with some significant theological truths about God and our lives lived before him. What is true about God has a profound impact on our lives and we are left with a choice about how we will respond. The best response, the only ultimately logical response, is to, like David, fully surrender ourselves to God. In this psalm we learn what that looks like and how to pray to that end.
