Here we come to John’s second vision in the Revelation, or the first part of it as it continues in chapter 5. In chapters 4 and 5, we receive the theological key for all that will follow and for living as disciples of Jesus. We are called to “look up” and see that there is a throne above every throne and the one who sits upon it is glorious and worthy of all our worship and our lives. “Seeing this” will move us to worship and fill us with courage.
