In these verses we come to a truly remarkable story in its own right, but when we realize that there is even more being said here than merely the recounting of an amazing event, we see an even deeper richness in the text. In the coming of Jesus, God truly has come to help us. We can face, even the darkest of moments in our earthly lives, because of who Jesus is and all that he has and is doing.
