In this first sermon in our series on the book of Luke, we begin by asking some important questions; what exactly is the gospel of Luke?, who is it that wrote this document?, to whom is he writing?, and what are some of the central themes of the book? Responding to these questions will provide us with a good foundation as we move into and through this New Testament book.
