In this morning’s message we focus on the first and a foundational element of our church vision, namely, that our life in Christ is “Grounded in the Gospel.” Looking to Romans 3:21ff, we are reminded of the good news that lies at the very heart of the Christian faith, the good news that God in Christ freely justifies people who put their faith in him. Free justification is completely counterintuitive and yet is the gospel message proclaimed by scripture. Daily by faith in Christ, we learn to cling to this amazing good news.
