This message is the first in our fall series on our Vision and Mission, and focuses on our desire to grow DEEPER in Intimacy with Jesus. In the passage we explore, Jesus tenderly invites all who are tired and burdened to come to him with the promise of rest. We are invited into an intimate, daily walk in step with him, in which we learn to be increasingly attentive to him and increasingly indifferent to those things that would distract us from him. All are invited to this intimate walk. Jesus still speaks this invitation today — “Come to me.”
