This Thanksgiving weekend we will explore Psalm 107, a thanksgiving psalm. We will discover that the psalmist leads us to reflect on four pictures of human distress but he does not leave us there. He draws our eyes to the character and activity of God. Though we are not promised a life without any difficulty, we are reminded that God is good and that his love is unfailing. He is a God who saves all who cry out to Him! The psalmist will conclude by urging us to ponder this marvellous reality.
